Standard Delivery


Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery.

Returns Policy & Process


We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.


Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). We recommend you utilize registered post as goldengoosebranddeluxe.com does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to goldengoosebranddeluxe.com via non registered post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.


Faulty Items


Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, goldengoosebranddeluxe.com will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.


If You Change Your Mind


goldengoosebranddeluxe.com is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. goldengoosebranddeluxe.com will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.


Incorrect Size


No redelivery fee is charged for exchanging a size.


Incorrect Color


goldengoosebranddeluxe.com will cover the re-delivery charges if the color item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colors shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the color shown is for illustrative purposes only.


Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges


If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your goldengoosebranddeluxe.com tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
